Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Curato, a digital service operated by FOP Pendrakovska O.M. By using the service or purchasing an unlock, you accept this agreement.

1. What Curato is

Curato builds an aesthetic profile from a short visual test and composes interior images from it. The generated rooms are illustrative and for inspiration. Curato is not a professional interior-design, architectural, or construction service, and does not guarantee that any depicted item, material, or layout is available to buy or build. The questionnaire is a taste-and-comfort tool, not a clinical or psychological assessment, and the astrological and archetype layers are offered as lenses for delight, clearly labelled as not science.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you provide and for keeping any password safe. Do not share access to a paid account. We may suspend accounts used abusively.

3. Free use & the Full Home unlock

The test, your profile and one generated room are free. Full Home is a one-time purchase of $24 that unlocks all room types, unlimited generation, high-resolution downloads and your saved report. Purchase is via Stripe and takes effect immediately.

4. Refunds

Full Home is a digital product delivered instantly. You may request a refund within 14 days provided you have not substantially used the unlocked features. Contact support with your purchase email. Free features are, by nature, non-refundable.

5. Your content & the images

Photos you upload remain yours; we analyse and discard them without storing (see the Privacy Policy). Rooms Curato generates for you may be used for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. The Curato software, brand, test, and matrices remain our property and may not be copied, resold, or reverse-engineered.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content or images of people without their consent, attempt to overload or probe the service, or use it to produce harmful or infringing material.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. Generated results are subjective and may not match your expectations; that alone is not grounds for a claim. We are not liable for how you act on the suggestions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Force-majeure events release us from liability.

8. Changes, law & contact

We may update these terms; the current version lives here and takes effect on publication. Disputes are resolved first by negotiation, then under the law of Ukraine. Contact: pendrakovskaya@gmail.com.
